Andrea Petrini 🦀

Chair of the Judging Panel for the World Restaurant Awards, Andrea spent these last 40 years writing for all the hypest publications around, while devoting his sleepless nights to his full-time job as the Road Manager of the starred think tank of avant-garde chefs: GELINAZ! Very soft-spoken on the fact that we was once proclaimed Paris’s Culinary star maker by Time Magazine and God of Food by Vogue, he gladly acknowledge to be described as a man “constantly in motion” in Amuse ID Vice.

Grand Cuisine 🐾

As a solo version or as a proper duo, Patricia Meunier and Mat Gallet form a two bodies one-soul-band. Pat gets a kick at being in charge of almost everything, Mat excels at pondering day and night at how to better turn the world upside down. When they finally get to agree together, no compromise is their common line. They truly are a one of its kind team wonder. Project directors at play with no rivals when it comes to create events and develop original visual identities for luxury brands such as Chanel, Kenzo and LVMH, the two thirty-something post-millennials are also the celebrated creative minds behind the cinematic food event Le Grand Cuisine Cinema Club and the honorary members on the boarding panel of the French festival Attable.
